Are you open Saturdays?
Currently we are not open Saturdays. We will be opening Saturdays in our new location from September 2026.
Do you open any late nights?
We open until 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Do you offer consultations?
Yes, we encourage all clients to book an initial consultation appointment with one of our experienced skin therapists to properly assess your skin, discuss your goals and map out your personalised treatment plan.
Do you have a loyalty program?
We have a tiered loyalty points program. Every dollar spent on treatments and products accrues a point, with rewards available at each tier.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Gift vouchers are available for purchase in-clinic or online and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Most clients begin with one full treatment and reassess after six to eight weeks. Maintenance treatments are generally recommended every twelve to eighteen months.

Most clients find HIFU surprisingly comfortable. You may feel warmth or mild tingling during treatment, but significant discomfort is uncommon.
What is the downtime after HIFU?
There is no downtime. You can return to your normal activities immediately after treatment.
