Your Aerolase appointment begins the same way every treatment at Skin on Ocean does — with a thorough consultation.

We assess your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, and confirm that Aerolase is the right approach for what you are trying to achieve. If it is not the best fit, we will tell you that too. We would rather direct you toward the right treatment than proceed with something that will not deliver the result you are looking for.

Once your skin has been assessed and prepared, your therapist will begin moving the Aerolase handpiece across the treatment area in slow, deliberate passes. The device emits a gentle warmth as it works — most clients describe the sensation as mild and entirely manageable. There is no aggressive heat and no need for topical anaesthetic.

A full face treatment typically takes between 45 to 90 minutes. The experience is calm, comfortable, and unhurried — which is exactly how we believe every appointment should feel.
